The Low-loss Antenna Cable from NETGEAR maximizes the range and performance of your wireless devices. The 16.4 foot cable extends the length between NETGEAR wireless access points or routers and the external antennae without sacrificing range. It offers low loss at 2.4 GHz frequency, and gives you the added flexibility for setting up access points at a great distance from a power source. The cable features two reverse SMA connectors and enables a standard connection optimized for use with NETGEAR's line of WLAN antennae and Booster/Power Injector products.

As any cable should, this one just works. I am using it w/ a Netgear WG302 and Netgear ANT24D18 Ant 18DBI Patch Panel I am surprised that it is as expensive as it is, though.
