Exactly as ordered. I have ordered these many times and they are always prompt and correct.

The VXA series of tape drives is one of the few cost-effective options for backing up systems with very large disk drives. It's not perfect, but it does the trick, particularly when using a system such as Dantz Retrospect which supports incremental backups to tape for both PC and Mac. Incremental backups allow one to go back in time, a la Mac OS X's Time Machine service, but without the space limitations intrinsic to Time Machine. You can back up to as much tape as you have room to store, and the tapes themselves are small. There is only one source for VXA tape, since there are no third-party manufacturers of the format. Luckily it's a good product. I've never had one go bad on me. The drive automatically spaces past any (rare) bad spots it finds.
