I ordered this product because I work in an open space office and sometimes you don't like people peaking at your screen. This product is excellent as a privacy filter, It blocks anyone looking from the sides but you loose a little brightness from the screen which isn't very bad considering what is being offered. The installation process of the filter is very easy and straight forward, the small pamphlet that comes with the product shows you how exactly to attach it to your screen and it's very durable. I would recommend this to other users. Why 4 and not 5 Stars? because the way it is attached only allows you to use it on 1 computer, I would have preferred if it was easily attached to any laptop but other than that it's perfect

I made a mistake, because my Mac Information said my MacBook was a 15", when the screen is really 15.4". So that's on me. But when I got the 15"screen, I found little pictures only, for instructions. The worst two things are the cheap, tiny tabs that are supposed to stick to your screen frame, behind which you slide the screen. As another reviewer said, they will not stay on at all. They're about 1/8th inch long, with about 1/16th inch of sticky surface. The other worst thing is realizing how cheaply this screen was manufactured, and I paid $38.00 for it, $44.00 with shipping when Amazon shipped the thin envelope in a box large enough for two lap boards for your laptop. The price is the biggest hosing value-wise you're likely to get on Amazon. I have GOT to find an alternative, and be more careful about what I order.

I was looking for a laptop aniglare filter and althougth this product says it functions as such (in addition to the privacy), the line paterns in the screen iritated my eyes. I could not adjust to the screen so I had to return it. I have used antiglare screens on regular desktops and have experienced the difference between using and not using one. I work over 8 hours a day on a computer, so without a screen, my eyes are really strained by the end of the day. I have yet to find a good screen for laptops. Disappointed in the product. Expected a lot more, especially for the price.
